Sunny has worked with wood for over 30 years. He was the friend in college who had a circular saw and drill at his apartment.
In 2018 he was introduced to green wood soon carving. This art form combines woodworking, physical strength, and three dimensional design. He was able to join Rise Up and Carve, an online spoon carving group, shortly before Covid started. Participating and helping with the group led to an increased interest in different forms and techniques.
